6TH GRADE PRESENTATIONS ABOUT OUR SCHOOL

Alex, Chrissoula, Georgia, Zenia and Zoe worked hard to prepare presentations about our school and weekly timetable! What motivated them was their wish to show their transatlantic friends in Bellevue, USA, what a (productive!) Primary School in Greece looks like!

Our transatlantic friends!

We are excited about communicating with the 6th Grade of Grandview Elementary School, Bellevue, Kentucky, USA! They have already shared some photos and info about their school...

"Hello,
We are very excited about the opportunity to communicate with you!  We are from Bellevue, Kentucky, USA.  We are in the sixth grade and there are 28 kids in our class.   We are eleven to twelve years old.  There are 16 girls and 12 boys in our class.  Our subjects include math, science, reading, writing and social studies.   We have the biggest classroom in the building. It is decorated with posters and maps and has a library.  We have a class set of iPads and a smartboard.  We can earn parties for good behavior.  We also have the Tiger Store, we can earn fake money to buy things there.

We would like to know what subjects you study, what technology you have, what your classroom is like, how many students you have and how big is your classroom.  We go on lots of field trips.  Do you go on field trips?  We think our teacher is cool.  Is your teacher cool?  Would you like to be pen pals?

We hope to hear from you and your teacher soon!"

So... our turn now!  The 6th Graders are busy working on a presentation of our schools!

Stay tuned :)
